CHARLES SLUSHER

CEO

Prior to joining Mountain Lion Home Management, Charles spent 20 years as a manager at Fortune 500 companies including Merck and Medtronic, and at several startups where he helped bring new medications from concept to market. He has worked alongside international research physicians at institutions such as Stanford and the Oregon Health & Science University to develop more than a dozen new medications, many of them to treat children.

Prior to his work in pharmaceuticals, Charles helped build and manage Pacific Bell’s Fitworks program. His work led to the creation of 13 corporate fitness facilities across the state of California that helped create fitness, happiness and work-life balance within the corporate environment. Charles has also been involved in building and construction throughout his career.

Charles has been a Truckee resident since 2004, coaching baseball and football and raising four kids with his wife Kierstin. He is actively involved with the Humane Society and places great value on giving back to society. Charles holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from California State University, Chico.
