Russell joined Mountain Lion Home Management and Concierge with the goal of creating a business that provides the highest level of service to its clients and a superior work environment for its employees. Russell has developed an excellent eye for detail, knowing that a great experience comes from all the little things.

Russell’s extensive hospitality career began in the restaurant business. With an unwavering passion for food and a commitment to phenomenal service, Russell has worked alongside several renowned chefs to create extremely successful businesses. As the Food and Beverage Director at Lahontan Golf Club, he spent 15 years cultivating a team of talented, dedicated, and passionate individuals to match his excellent eye for detail. Russell is known for this attention to small things and believes that it can make or break a client’s experience.

Russell grew up enjoying the mountains of Colorado and moved to Truckee in 2002. He has been happily married for 15 years to his wife Hawley, and they’re raising their three children to appreciate everything that mountain living has to offer. He enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, paddle boarding, yoga and walking his dogs. Russell holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado.
